Return Policy for Items Bought In Store Return Policy for in store purchases is for EXCHANGE or STORE CREDIT only. No cash refunds are given.
Items that qualify for exchange must meet the following criteria
  1. Within 30 days of purchase
  2. Original tags must accompany item(s)
  3. Must be clean/unworn/undamaged
  4. Free of pet hair, dirt & cigarette smoke
  5. Receipt of proof of purchase
Any items that don’t meet this criteria are not eligible for exchange or store credit.

Clearance items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Custom orders that are not regular stock are nonexchangeable. We ask that all custom orders are prepaid.

All undergarments are not returnable.

Horse blankets and saddle pads must be clean and unused for exchange or credit. We suggest putting a clean sheet or towel on your horse first before testing for size in order to keep it clean.

Bits cannot be refunded if they have been placed in a horse’s mouth.

Any items brought back in any sort of USED condition will NOT be eligible for exchange or store credit. Items must be returned in ORIGINAL condition with tags attached within 30 days of purchase.

Please ensure that you order the correct size when ordering. If you are unsure about your sizing, please contact us. We can help make a recommendation on sizing. If by chance your items don’t fit properly, we will gladly accept returns for EXCHANGE or STORE CREDIT only.

To return product bought online, please follow the steps below
Please email sales@cowboyloft.com and let us know your order number, item(s) to be exchanged/returned and we will start the process. You can call us at 1-877-887-9391 also. We will provide you with an RA# for the exchange/return. Parcels can be returned to the following address:

Exchanges/returns must be prepaid by customer (customer is responsible for the return shipping fee). Collect returns will not be accepted. Please keep your shipping/tracking information. Cowboy Loft will not be responsible for lost, stolen or damaged item(s). Cowboy Loft will cover the cost to reship the exchanged item(s). The new item(s) will be shipped out once the order is received back from customer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Returns for store credit will be loaded on a Cowboy Loft gift card with the original purchase amount of the returned item(s) less any shipping fees. The gift card will be mailed to customer. The gift card can be used for any future purchases – gift cards have no expiry.

Online purchases can also be exchanged in person at Cowboy Loft.
